Isn't Tempe's the most pitiful Mountain Monogram you've ever seen? However -- on 10 Sep 1999, I noticed that Tempe's "T" had been repainted for the first time in recent memory (see below). Were the city leaders shamed by their pathetic showing on the Mountain Monogram site? I might believe that -- if I could believe that Tempe's city leaders were capable of shame.
