I like this one. This has to be the Mountain Monogram with the least visibility. I mean, it's what -- ten feet off the ground? Go, Class of Aught One!

"Same lonely serif as on the Prescott monogram -- hmm!"

...says Lazlo.

27jan2002: Andria and I had already bagged six monograms by the time we got to Pojoaque. It was dark, so we stopped at a fireworks store to ask directions. They thought I was asking for a "P" made of fireworks. Then it got weirder. They knew of this P -- we had already passed it, next to the casino, maybe half a mile back...

...but they assured us that "You can't go up there," that it was "high up on the mountain ... it's dark ... you can't point your headlights at it ... They don't like people going up there." From what I could remember of Lazlo's photo (above), what was notable about Pojoaque's monogram was that it was nearly at ground level. So we thanked them, we went to the casino, Andria pulled the car up on the hill, Wagner posed, I clicked, we were out of there with as little as possible jail time. Which is to say, none. To the nice fireworks people we say Thanks and Huh?
