In LA Whip It! formed a mini-caravan with The Grape (Charles Hunt) . . . |

| I had expected to drive Whip It! at about 55 mph all the way, but to my surprise, from Phoenix to LA she did between 80-85. However, from LA to SF we had to do 55 because The Grape had a new piston to break in. (Unfortunately, Charles had more engine trouble after WestFest, so he had to leave The Grape behind in SF--temporarily, of course). |
