Nice poster that accidentally fell from the wall into Babsy's purse
Nothing beats a skyscrapertop view of a ghost city. We entered the Penobscot.
Would I rather take a picture of the Guardian building from the Penobscot building, or would I rather take a picture of the Penobscot building from the Guardian building?

I think I would rather take a picture of the Guardian building from the Penobscot building. Hey, I'm in luck!

Here's a barge on the Detroit River. We figured we'd have to content ourselves with views such as these, but we decided to try to go higher in the building. On the elevator with us was a lawerly looking guy whom I asked, in defiance of the prejudices of both U.S. and Canadian border guards, "Do you consider Detroit a tourist destination?"
Turned out he was a lawyer & he was happy that people had come all the way from Arizona to visit his city. He took us to his office, which opened onto a balcony, from which we got some badass photos of Detroit. Muchisimas gracias, cool lawyer!
