HAKKA MÖKK

Norwegian "Sailor Jerry" sent this bag of gummy candy and provided the following description:
...an unopened bag of candy displaying a pig in a wife-beater style undershirt and a crow in blue overalls. They are standing on some substance fighting over what appears to be rubber breasts.

The blue text is giving a clue to the origin of the small mound they are standing on Hakka mökk (pronounced hakka muck - with long a's, as in the word "car").

In direct translation from norwegian this means Chopped Manure.

Need I say more, except that this is no joke!

It is real candy, sold in grocery stores and quickie marts all over Norway.

And we thought the Swedes were weird.

We were going to try some Chopped Manure, but it expired in June. Who knew manure had a freshness date?
