My sister and brother-in-law were dining at a Mexican restaurant in Rahway, New Jersey, when upon finishing their meal, they were presented with this item. I guess it's sort of an after dinner mint (?). They thought it was merely an ordinary lollipop and didn't realize its shape until a few days later when foraging for something to eat in their apartment.
