Coleman sketched a tortured Wagner in my copy of The End is Near, a book published by Wagner pals Steve & Jodi of Dilettante Press. I was immediately reminded of a photo I took a few years ago.

This photo was snapped illicitly inside "The Thing?" museum, a longtime Arizona tourist attraction. It appeared in my zine, Wagner Statewide, with the caption "Wagner understands the pain of statues." Obviously, Joe Coleman understands the pain of statues, too.
