You may remember Lee Hazlewood from those beautifully offbeat duets he used to do with Nancy Sinatra. Recently Hazlewood teamed up with fellow Arizona legend Al Casey to put together the strangest standards collection I've ever heard. Sitting around listening to Hazlewood's rasp interpreting, "The Very Thought of You," is not something I would ever have foreseen myself doing. But it's peculiar and individual, and that's Lee Hazlewood.
